Aroma Relaxation Massage Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a series of gently applied techniques to the head, spine and sacrum.

Working with and enhancing the craniosacral rhythm can alleviate pain and discomfort, and supports the body’s natural healing ability. Dissipate the negative aspects of stress and free your central nervous system of restrictions with a craniosacral-exclusive session.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy increases the nourishment and oxygen supply to the tissue by increasing and regulating blood circulation. It can also stimulate the body’s natural immune system.

All Aroma Relaxation therapy sessions utilize the healing power of all-natural essential oils by misting your choice of Aroma Spritz during each session.

Choose from Lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint, Rosemary or Orange spritz.* In addition, Tea Tree spritz is used during each session on the feet for its anti-fungal and antibacterial properties.

Generally, lavender, chamomile and orange are soothing and calming, with therapeutic properties of being anti-inflammatory and analgesic.

Rosemary and peppermint are stimulating and refreshing, with therapeutic properties that enhance concentration.

*Pregnant women should only use lavender in their session.

Hand and Foot Treatments

Renew and pamper your hands and feet! Enjoy a treatment of warm aromatic towel compresses that stimulates your circulation. Then, firm yet gentle finger pressure along nerve pathways will release a powerful restorative effect that renews your natural vitality.

Thumb pressure along nerve pathways helps to:
— Stimulate nerve endings in your hands and feet.
— Increase circulation in the body
— Increase energy and vibrancy
— Release pain and discomfort.

All hand and foot treatments feature essential oil lotions that are natural and nourishing.

Need to cancel or reschedule? 24 hours notice is required
Feeling sick or still contagious? Please call and reschedule.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for parking and a bathroom visit, if needed. Plan ahead for possible traffic, so you can arrive feeling at ease.

Aroma Relaxation is an oasis of relaxation and healing. Please turn off cell phones and pagers, and speak quietly to maintain a healing and serene space. Relax and enjoy!
